Precautions

Before you are prescribed with this drug, tell your medical history to your physician. Tell specially -

Do not drive if this drug makes you dizzy or drowsy. Also reduce the in taking of alcohol while you are taking Carisoprodol. This drug is excreted into breast milk. So consult with your doctor if you are breast feeding.

- Contact your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant before using this drug. You must discuss with your doctor about the benefit and disadvantages of this drug before you take it. Some reports show that Carisoprodol is found in breast milk. So if you are a breast feeding mother then contact with your doctor.

- Some of the people who are using Carisoprodol for a long time may develop an addiction to this medicine. Those who take high doses are also at risk. If you suddenly stop taking Carisoprodol then you may have withdrawal symptoms. Be careful with that.
